1. All items are quoted in Australian dollars.
2. All items are manufactured and printed in Australia. With the exception of the foil t-shirts which are American Apparel basics, made sweat shop free in downtown Los Angeles, USA, then printed in Australia.
3. All items are ethically manufactured.
4. Items will not be refunded due to change of mind. Upmost care is taken to ensure all items listed on our site are in mint condition, but if you feel the item you receive is somehow faulty, please email us to discuss BEFORE posting back, as items posted back without prior consent from ALEXI FREEMAN will not be accepted. Any item found to be faulty will be remade for you, and returned to you free of additional freight charges.
5. If you don't have a paypal account, you may contact us to arrange an alternate form of payment, like Electronic Funds Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer.
6. All freight in Australia will be delivered via Express Post. If you require insurance, please let us know and we will send via registered post with insurance instead (please note:this will be quoted on a case by case basis).
7. All freight to other countries will be sent via Registered Post. Again, if you require insurance, please contact us to request a quote.
8. If you visit or live in Melbourne, you are welcome to make an appointment to view our collection/current stock at our studio.
